How big does a Cavapoo get?

Most Cavapoos grow to be about 5 to 25 pounds, depending on whether they take after their Poodle or Cavalier side more. Our Cavapoo puppies tend to be the perfect size for both apartments and bigger homes.

Are Cavapoos hypoallergenic?

Cavapoos can be a good choice for allergy-sensitive families, especially our F1b Cavapoo puppies, which have more Poodle in them. At Jones Farm Puppies, we focus on these lines for their low-shedding, allergy-friendly coats.

What are the downsides of Cavapoos?

There are not really any downsides to Cavapoos. They are loving and people-oriented, but that means they don’t enjoy being alone too long. They need companionship and attention—something we always talk about with our families.

How much does a Cavapoo cost?

Cavapoo puppies range in price from $500-$6000. A premium Cavapoo, like we raise, ranges in price from $2500 and up. The quality of the puppy dictates the price, a healthier, well bred pup from genetically tested parents is usually going to start in the $2500-$3500 and up range. Are Cavapoos high maintenance dogs?

They’re not too high maintenance, but Cavapoos do need regular brushing and love being near their people. At Jones Farm Puppies, we always help new families understand how to care for their Cavapoo puppies with confidence.

Which is calmer, a Cavapoo or a goldendoodle?

Do Cavapoos bark a lot?

Do Cavapoos shed a lot?

Most Cavapoos, especially F1b Cavapoos shed very little. Their soft, wavy coats need brushing, but they don’t leave hair all over your clothes or couch. Even our F1 Cavapoos are low shed dogs.

Do Cavapoos like toe cuddle?

Are Cavapoos easy to train?

What is the lifespan of a Cavapoo?

Are Cavapoos easy to potty train?

Are Cavapoos good house dogs?

Is F1 or F1b Cavapoo better?

It depends on your needs. F1b Cavapoo puppies (75% Poodle) tend to be better for allergies and have curlier coats, while F1s may have a more relaxed, wavy coat. At Jones Farm Puppies, we offer both and help match families with the best fit.

Are your puppies hypoallergenic?

No dog is 100% completely hypoallergenic, however, our F1B Cavapoos are known to be low-shedding and often cause fewer allergic reactions, making them a good choice for many allergy sufferers. Do you raise the puppies in your home?

Absolutely, our puppies are lovingly raised in our home. They are part of our family from the moment they are born, ensuring they receive plenty of socialization and attention.

Do you sell breeding rights?

No, we do not sell breeding rights. Our puppies pets that we match to loving families, and we require a spay/neuter agreement to ensure they are not used for breeding.

What is the difference between F1 and F1b generations in your puppies?

F1 Cavapoos and Goldendoodles are first-generation crosses, meaning they are 50% Poodle and 50% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel or Golden Retriever. F1b puppies are backcrossed, typically an F1 Cavapoo or Goldendoodle bred with a Poodle, resulting in 75% Poodle and 25% Cavalier or Golden Retriever. F1b puppies often have curlier, more hypoallergenic coats.

Do you provide a health warranty?

Absolutely. We offer a comprehensive health warranty for allu003cbru003eour puppies to cover any genetic health issues. We allow your to choose which guarantee you prefer, a 1 Year or a 2 Year health guarantee. Our goal is to ensure that your new family member is healthy and happy.

Are the puppies vaccinated?

Yes, our puppies receive their first set of age appropriate vaccinations and deworming before they leave our home. We provide you with a complete vaccination record for your vet. Also, if the puppy stays for kindergarten, additional age appropriate vaccines are done during that time.

Are your puppies microchipped?

Yes, all of our puppies are microchipped before they go to their new homes. This helps ensure the puppy’s safety and provides peace of mind for new owners. We will travel to the ends of the earth to help you find a lost Jones Farm Puppies baby!

Can we meet you and the puppies before placing a deposit?

Is it possible to adopt two puppies at the same time?

Yes, you can adopt two puppies. We recommend this option for families who can provide the necessary time and resources for training and socialization. Every puppy needs a friend, these are social furbabies.

Do you health test the parent dogs?

Yes, all our breeding dogs undergo continuous health and well being testing to ensure they are free from genetic diseases. This is a crucial step in our breeding program to guarantee the health of our puppies.u003cbru003e

Do all your dogs live in your home?

Our breeding dogs live in our home or in carefully selected guardian homes. This approach ensures each dog gets the attention and care they deserve from early puppyhood.

What sizes do your puppies reach when fully grown?

Our Cavapoos and Micro Mini Goldendoodles vary in size depending on their lineage. Typically, they range from 5 to 25 pounds when fully grown. We can provide more specific size expectations based on the parents.

What is a guardian home puppy?

A guardian home is a loving family that raises one of our breeding dogs as their own pet. The dog comes back to us for breeding but lives a normal pet life. It’s a wonderful program that benefits both the dog and the family and I get to be the “crazy aunt”.

Is there a waitlist for your puppies?

Yes and no, we do maintain a waitlist but sometimes have larger litters that can acomodate a faster availability. Due to the high demand for our puppies, we recommend joining our waitlist early to ensure you can get the puppy of your dreams.

Is a Cavapoo an Expensive dog?

Cavapoos are smaller dogs, which makes them less expensive in food and grooming costs. Additionally, many places offer more affordable boarding to smaller dogs and grooming is often priced based on the dog weight.
