Please note, as a member of the Jones Farm family we are always here to help you with any puppy needs you may have. You are not just buying a puppy, you’re becoming a part of our family and community. For Pupdates, follow along on social media using your puppy’s name for reference, yours will start next Friday. Pupdate pictures are posted on Fridays before midnight.

- Half payment of the puppy price is due in 48 hours! This does not include any additional purchases such as kindergarten, puppy kits, etc. (Find this number on the available puppies spreadsheet.) 💗
- Pay in full: Cash at adoption day or 3 weeks before adoption day if your pup is flying home✈️. We cannot book your flight until the puppy and flight are paid in full.
- Adoption day: Fill in your adoption day here _____________ as stated on the available puppy spreadsheet (unless puppy kindergarten). We will schedule adoptions between 8 – 11 AM.
Half of the puppy’s balance is due right away, the other half in CASH on adoption day.
Venmo Payment:

Our preferred method of payment is Venmo. However, Venmo has specific rules we must follow. You can definitely use Venmo, but they do not allow animal sales so there is a workaround for that. The max you can send is $500 for each transaction. Please send it as a gift and just write “thank you” in the memo. 🐶 Venmo: @Amy-Jones-695. Here is my Venmo, if you need the last four digits of my phone number it is 6921. When paying with Venmo please remember NOT to put puppy or dog in the memo line as it could be flagged. We accept Venmo via the friends and family option ONLY. Let me know once it’s sent and I will confirm and send you a receipt.
Check Payment: Enclose the check with the paper contract you will send by UPS. Checks can be made payable to Amy Jones. Please put your puppies temporary name from spreadsheet in the memo line of your check.
Credit Card Payment: You are welcome to use a credit card it does require me to call you for payment and adds an additional credit card fee of 5%.
Please print and fill out the contract completely, including your legal name and any significant other that you would like on the contract for microchip purposes. If you have a spouse, you’ll want to put them on this list so they have access to your dog if lost via the Microchip. Please make sure I have both names spelled correctly – the EXACT way it is written on both of your state ID’s. Please fill out your address, phone, email, and three personal (Unrelated) references. Enter the EXACT price on the contract in the blank that is on the spreadsheet when you picked your puppy. This is NOT to include Puppy Kindergarten or any other service. It is only the price of the puppy. Please print & sign at the bottom and if there are two names on the contract, TWO signatures will be needed. Please Scan and return contract to: jonesfarmpuppies@yahoo.com please return the original via UPS. Please do not fold.

A lot of our families really enjoy the TLC Biscuits, especially if you already have an adult dog at home. They come in a large 25 lb bag, which lasts a long time and is a great value. They’re a little big for puppies, so we just break them into smaller pieces. Optional, but definitely a favorite!

9. Puppy Kindergarten
We normally have two spaces available for puppy kindergarten if you would like to leave your puppy here for socialization training for an extra 2-3 weeks. $800/week. Let us know right away if you would like to check for availability and reserve your space.
10. Adoption Day
We can fly your pup to you! To schedule our in-house flight manny, please let us know as soon as possible so we can safely arrange your flight. ✈️
11. Communication: What to Expect
I will post Friday updates and pictures on our Instagram page. Our communication hours are 9am-12pm weekdays, we spend the majority of our day taking care of the puppies. We will not be able to respond evenings, weekends or holidays as we carve out that time for family. 💗
