Working with her has been a wonderful experience. She patiently answered all of my many questions and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. My puppy will be brought to me accompanied by a Flight Nanny who is a family member of Jones Farm Puppies. It is reassuring to know that the Nanny already knows my puppy and will be making the long trip as comfortable as possible for her.
